Notwithstanding Agreements. Privileges and Benefits as outlined, a part time member shall not be considered as employees in regards to authorized staffing level, nor seek financial benefits over and above any normal enrolments. Should the Board give notice of termination to a part time employee Section 40 of the Police Services Act will not apply.
