Common use of Nuapay Services Clause in Contracts

Nuapay Services. Nuapay shall operate as a Payment Initiation Service Provider (PISP). Nuapay shall host all aspects of the Nuapay Services and We will enable the Nuapay Services through its Payment Services Platform. We hereby grants to You on and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to allow authorised users to access and use the Nuapay Services for Yous internal business purposes; The rights provided under this Annex 1 are granted to You only, and shall not be considered granted to any subsidiary or holding company of You or any other third party; and Nuapay Services may be provided by appropriately licenced Sentenial Group Companies. The terms in this Annex 1 cover Nuapay Services delivered by all Sentenial Group Companies. You gives We the right to access Your account(s) at Nuapay and issue instructions to Nuapay relating to payments and funds held in these accounts; and confirms that Nuapay should treat any instructions or information received from We on behalf of You in the same way as if the instruction or information had been issued by You directly to Nuapay.
