Common use of Nuisance Activities Clause in Contracts

Nuisance Activities. PURCHASER(S) shall not be allowed to do any activity, which may be objected by the other residents, such as playing of high volume music, loudspeaker or any activity which spoils the decorum or decency or beauty of the COMPLEX including defacing of common walls, lifts or throwing or dumping of refuse / garbage, which could be subject to fine or penalties as per the laws of the land, as applicable from time to time.
