Number Administration/Number Reservations. (a) CBT shall provide CLEC with the ability to reserve telephone numbers for all services, including reservation of vanity numbers, and the same range of number choices, and reservation duration as CBT provides its own subscribers. Reservation and aging of numbers shall remain CBT’s responsibility.
