Number of Arbitrators. If the Dispute involves an amount in controversy less than $500,000, then the arbitration of such Dispute shall be conducted before one neutral arbitrator. If the Dispute involves an amount in controversy of $500,000 or more, the arbitration of such Dispute shall be conducted before a tribunal composed of three neutral arbitrators.
