Common use of Number of Copies Clause in Contracts

Number of Copies. Proposer must submit one (1) complete original copy of its entire proposal. An original signature by an authorized officer must appear on the Execution of Offer (ref. Appendix One, Section 2) of submitted proposal. The Proposer’s proposal bearing an original signature should contain the xxxx “original” on the front cover of the proposal. In addition to the original proposal, Proposer must submit one (1) complete copy of the entire proposal electronically on a USB flash drive. The USB flash drive must include a protective cover and be labeled with Proposer’s name and the RFP number.
