Number of Election Workers at Election Day Polling Locations. It is agreed by the Contracting Officer and the LPS that there will be at least three election workers at each Election Day polling location: the presiding judge, the alternate judge, and at least one election clerk appointed by the presiding judge. The number of necessary clerks is derived from the number of elections at the poll and the number of registered voters at the poll.
