Common use of Number of Managers Clause in Contracts

Number of Managers. The number of managers (referred to herein as “Managers”) on the Board shall be determined exclusively by resolution of the Board from time to time pursuant to a resolution adopted by a majority of the Managers then in office. Managers of the Company shall be appointed by the affirmative vote of a plurality of the voting power of the then outstanding Interests of the Company. A Manager need not be a member.
