Common use of Number of Options Clause in Contracts

Number of Options. Optionee is hereby entitled to purchase (the "OPTIONS") up to 200,000 shares of the Company's authorized but unissued Common Stock (the "SHARES"), all of which have been reserved for issuance pursuant to the Options. Each Option shall represent the right to purchase one Share, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 6 hereof.
