Common use of Number of Parking Spaces Clause in Contracts

Number of Parking Spaces. Tenant shall not, at any time, use or permit its employees or invitees to use more parking spaces than the number so allocated to Tenant. Tenant shall not have the exclusive right to use any specific parking space, and Landlord reserves the right to designate from time to time the location of the parking spaces allocated for Tenant's use. In the event Landlord elects or is required by any Law to limit or control parking within the Project, whether by validation of parking tickets or any other method, Tenant agrees to participate in such validation or other programs as reasonably established by Landlord. Tenant shall not, at any time, park or permit to be parked any trucks or vehicles adjacent to entryways or loading areas within the Project so as to interfere in any way with the use of such areas, nor shall Tenant, at any time, park or permit the parking of Tenant's trucks or other vehicles, or the trucks and vehicles of Tenant's supplier or others, in any portion of the Common Areas not designated by Landlord for such use by Tenant. Tenant shall not, at any time, park or permit to be parked any recreational vehicles, inoperative vehicles or equipment on any portion of the common parking area or other Common Areas of the Project. Tenant agrees to assume responsibility for compliance by its employees and invitees with the parking provisions contained herein. If Tenant or its employees park any vehicle within the Project in violation of these provisions, then Landlord may charge Tenant, as Additional Rent, and Tenant agrees to pay, as Additional Rent, Ten Dollars per day for each day or partial day that each such vehicle is parked in any area other than that designated. Tenant hereby authorizes Landlord, at Tenant's sole expense, to tow away from the Project and store until redeemed by its owner any vehicle belonging to Tenant or Tenant's employees parked in violation of these provisions.

If Tenant or its employees park any vehicle within the Project in violation of these provisions, then Landlord may charge Tenant, as Additional Rent, and Tenant agrees to pay, pay as Additional Rent, Ten Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day or partial day that each such vehicle is parked in any area other than that designatedviolation of this section.
