NVIDIA CONTRIBUTION. NVIDIA will be responsible for the cost of engineering, tools, and computers for the design, synthesis, and verification phase of development of the NV3 product.

  • Employer Contribution (a) An Employer contribution for health and dental benefits will only be made for each active employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month and who is eligible for medical insurance coverage, unless otherwise required by law. (b) It is understood that the administrative intent of this Article is that the Employer contribution is made for individuals who are participants in the medical insurance coverages. Participation will mean that eligible less-than-full-time employees who drop out of coverage will be considered to participate. Additionally, employees who elect to opt out of coverage for a cash incentive will be considered to participate.

  • Retirement Contribution 1. The State shall, as permitted by 5 M.R.S.A. §17702 §§s5 and 6, pay its cost of the 6.5% or 7.5% retirement contribution for employees in the bargaining unit who are covered under special Law Enforcement retirement plans. 2. The State shall, as permitted by 5 M.R.S.A. §17702 §§s5 and 6, pay the cost of the 6.5% or 7.5% retirement contribution for employees in the following classifications.

  • Catch-Up Contributions In the case of a Traditional IRA Owner who is age 50 or older by the close of the taxable year, the annual cash contribution limit is increased by $1,000 for any taxable year beginning in 2006 and years thereafter.

  • The Contribution Prior to the Effective Time, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Distribution Agreement, Grace intends to cause the transfer to a wholly owned subsidiary of Grace-Conn.   • No Contribution Each Designated Shareholder waives, and acknowledges and agrees that he shall not have and shall not exercise or assert (or attempt to exercise or assert), any right of contribution, right of indemnity or other right or remedy against the Surviving Corporation in connection with any indemnification obligation or any other liability to which he may become subject under or in connection with this Agreement or the Designated Shareholders' Closing Certificate.

  • Rollover Contributions An amount which qualifies as a rollover contribution pursuant to the Federal Internal Revenue Code may be transferred to and paid under this contract as a contribution for a Participant. Prudential may require proof that the amount paid so qualifies.

  • Right of Contribution Each Guarantor hereby agrees that to the extent that a Guarantor shall have paid more than its proportionate share of any payment made hereunder, such Guarantor shall be entitled to seek and receive contribution from and against any other Guarantor hereunder which has not paid its proportionate share of such payment. Each Guarantor’s right of contribution shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Section 2.3. The provisions of this Section 2.2 shall in no respect limit the obligations and liabilities of any Guarantor to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and each Guarantor shall remain liable to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders for the full amount guaranteed by such Guarantor hereunder.
