NYSEG Xxxxxxxxx 115kV Substation. New meters on the high side of the GSUs. If the existing meters on the low side of the GSUs can be put back into service, limited operations can commence using those meters. If those meters cannot be returned to service, limited operations cannot commence until the Developer has installed the new 115 kV metering facilities and they are tested and approved for use by the Connecting Transmission Owner.
