Developer Requirements For Limited Operations. (a) Analysis Required For Limited Operations Certain CTOAFs, SUFs, and Other Facilities will not be completed prior to the Commercial Operation Date of the Large Generating Facility. In accordance with Section 5.9 of this Agreement, the Developer shall perform certain analysis, and the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform certain analysis at Developer’s request and expense, to determine the extent to which the Large Generating Facility can operate prior to completion of certain of the CTOAFs and SUFs, including the following: Developer will perform the following tasks in support of the investigation testing and commissioning of the existing Large Generating Facility’s plant metering system: • Certified inspection and test reports of existing metering current transformers (CT’s) and voltage transformers (VT’s). At minimum, to include the following: • High pot (dielectric) testing of CT’s, VT’s and all secondary wiring. • Accuracy (ratio and phase angle correction factors; RCF and PACF) at the following test points: • VT’s: At 0 VA and rated secondary voltage, at 0 VA and 110% of rated secondary voltage, at maximum rated burden at rated secondary voltage. • CT’s: At 5.0 amps (secondary) and at 0.5 amps (secondary). Both test points at maximum rated (secondary) burden. • RCF and PACF test results must include test equipment corrections (i.e. corrections or percent error with reference to the applicable NIST standard must be applied to the final test results). • The test equipment used must have been recently certified (i.e. calibration checked) no more than 1 year from the time of use and have a higher accuracy than the CT’s and VT’s under test by a ratio of at least four to one, if possible. The above certified test reports must be performed by a qualified 3rd party independent testing contractor using calibrated test equipment whose certification is traceable to NIST standards. The certified test reports must include a statement of compliance; stating that the test equipment used is traceable to NIST and must include relevant test equipment ratings / attributes such as manufacturer, model, rated accuracy, correction factors (i.e. with reference to the NIST standard), calibration/certification date, etc.). The Connecting Transmission Owner will perform the following tasks in support of the investigation of existing metering, protection, station equipment, testing and commissioning of the existing Large Generating Facility’s plant metering system, at D...

  • Developer Operating Requirements The Developer must comply with the Transmission Owner’s operating instructions and requirements including but not limited to Transmission Owner’s Operation Coordination Agreement, as it may change from time to time. The Developer must comply with all applicable NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time. Whether or not the Large Generating Facility is eligible for the Transition Period LVRT Standard set forth in Appendix G will be determined by the Commission. The Large Generating Facility will comply with the Transition Period LVRT Standard pending issuance of an order by the Commission determining the appropriate LVRT standard. For purposes of compliance with Appendix G, the Transmission Owner has determined that the Developer shall maintain the Large Generating Facility in service during a three-phase fault for 7 cycles.   • Expenditure on Safety Requirements All costs and expenses arising out of or relating to Safety Requirements shall be borne by the Concessionaire to the extent such costs and expenses form part of the works and services included in the Scope of the Project, and works and services, if any, not forming part of the Scope of the Project shall be undertaken and funded in accordance with the provisions of Article 16.

  • Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.
