OAPSE Meetings. All regular employed classified personnel shall be permitted to attend the annual OAPSE District meeting without loss of pay. Authorized delegates not to exceed two (2) shall be permitted to attend the annual OAPSE Conference for not more than three (3) days without loss of pay. Expenses for such meeting will be borne by the Union or the individuals.
