Job Meetings. Conduct a preconstruction conference with each subcontractor after award of the subcontract and prior to the start of its portion of the Work. Hold weekly progress and coordination meetings, or more frequently if required by Work progress, to provide for the timely completion of the Work. In addition, Construction Contractor shall arrange and conduct regular weekly Project status meetings with Design Professional and Owner. Construction Contractor shall use the job site meetings as a tool for the preplanning of Work and enforcing schedules, and for establishing procedures, responsibilities, and identification of authority for all parties to clearly understand. During these meetings, Construction Contractor shall identify the party or parties responsible for following up on any problems, delay items or questions, and Construction Contractor shall note the action to be taken by such party or parties. Construction Contractor shall revisit each pending item at each subsequent meeting until resolution is achieved. Construction Contractor shall attempt to obtain from all present any problems or delaying event known to them for appropriate attention and resolution. Construction Contractor shall prepare written minutes of job meetings described in this Subsection and deliver copies of such written minutes to Owner and Design Professional within three (3) days of each meeting.

Job Meetings. Upon award of the Mini-Bid Contract and prior to the start of any work, the Contractor shall be available for an initial job meeting with the Authorized User’s representative to discuss the following items: a. The Contractor's schedule of work (which must be reviewed and approved by the Authorized User). b. A review of all facility use rules. c. An introduction for each respective agency organization, chain of command, etc. d. A review of the proposed container sizes and pickup frequency to ensure that the equipment provided is being utilized efficiently. e. A discussion of opportunities to reduce the amount of solid waste being generated and increase the amount of materials being recycled. In addition, the Contractor shall be available for subsequent meetings on at least a semi-annual basis to review the following items: a. The volume and weight of material being recycled and waste disposed of by type and location as documented in accordance with the requirements of Section 3.7

Review and implement revisions to the Schedule. Monitor and promote safety requirements. In addition, regular project status meetings will be held between the Architect/Engineer, Owner and Construction Manager either biweekly or monthly, whichever is designated by the Project Manager. The Construction Manager will be responsible for the agenda, minutes preparation and distribution, and will chair the meetings. 2. Use the job site meeting as a tool for preplanning of work and enforcing schedules and for establishing procedures, responsibilities, and identification of authority for all to clearly understand. 3. Identify a party or parties responsible for follow up on any problems, delay items or questions and record course for solution. Revisit each pending item at each subsequent meeting until resolution is achieved. Require all present to make any problems or delaying event known to those present for appropriate attention and resolution.
Job Meetings. The Contractor and the CGA shall attend regularly scheduled job meetings throughout the duration of the projects which will be scheduled at mutually agreeable times. The Contractor and the CGA shall mutually agree upon whether such job meetings be attended in person or via conference call.

Job Meetings. The CMF shall schedule and conduct weekly, biweekly and monthly progress meetings as required by the Owner to be attended by the contractors, representatives of the Owner and the Design Consultant to discuss such matters as procedures, progress, quality of construction, problems, and scheduling. The CMF will take, transcribe, and distribute minutes of such meetings within five (5) working days after the meeting. The CMF’s Project Manager shall meet with the Owners Project Director at the jobsite on a daily basis to discuss the projects current status, any new issues and the contractor(s) work to be performed that day.

Job Meetings. Regular bi-weekly job meetings will be held at the Site. These meetings shall be attended by a minimum of one representative of the Contract Administrator, one representative of the City and one representative of the Contractor. Each representative shall be a responsible person capable of expressing the position of the Contract Administrator, the City and the Contractor respectively on any matter discussed at the meeting including the Work schedule and the need to make any revisions to the Work schedule. The progress of the Work will be reviewed at each of these meetings.
