OAPSE Meetings. 25.1 Employee(s) may, at the direction of the supervisor, attend Local #291 OAPSE meetings (which shall not exceed one (1) evening per month) when such meeting occurs during the employee’s regular work hours. Such time shall be made up by the employee during that shift or as soon as possible as determined by the employee’s supervisor. Release time to attend Local #291 OAPSE meetings during the employee’s regular work day shall require prior approval by the employee’s immediate supervisor.
