OASIS CLAUSES. The following clauses apply only to the OASIS MA-IDIQ task order contract. The clauses and dates remain unchanged throughout the term of OASIS unless changed through a bi-lateral modification to OASIS.

Deviations to GSAR clauses This solicitation indicates any authorized deviation to a General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation clause by the addition of “(DEVIATION)” after the date of the clause.
NO STRIKE CLAUSE Section 1. No employee covered by this Agreement shall engage in, induce or encourage any strike, work stoppage, slowdown, or withholding of services. The Union agrees that neither it nor any of its officers or agents will call, institute, authorize, participate in, sanction or ratify any such strike, work stoppage, slowdown, or withholding of services.
