Oath. Before taking up their duties judges shall, in open court, take an oath to perform their duties impartially and conscientiously and to preserve the secrecy of the deliberations of the Court.

At the Panel's first meeting, and in any event before proceeding with the preliminary hearing described in Article VI.C, each arbitrator shall take the oath of office, which shall be in the form of the "Arbitrator's Oath" set forth in the American Arbitration Association's then "Notice of Appointment."
