At the Panel's first meeting, and in any event before proceeding with the preliminary hearing described in Article VI.C, each arbitrator shall take the oath of office, which shall be in the form of the "Arbitrator's Oath" set forth in the American Arbitration Association's then "Notice of Appointment."
