Common use of Oath Clause in Contracts

Oath. All members of the PSA’s Board shall take and sign the constitutional oath of office, and shall cause a copy of such oath of office to be filed with the DPS Office of Charter Schools. No appointment shall be effective prior to the taking and signing of the oath of office.
