Common use of Objection Notice and Contractual Penalty Clause in Contracts

Objection Notice and Contractual Penalty. For the avoidance of any doubt, issuance of the Objection Notice and Cure period shall be without prejudice to and shall not relieve the Contractor from the obligation to pay any contractual penalty in accordance with the provisions of Clause 14.2.1 or to pay Damages in accordance with the provisions Clause 14.3 of this Agreement.
