Common use of Objection Notice and Contractual Penalty Clause in Contracts

Objection Notice and Contractual Penalty. For the avoidance of any doubt, the giving by the Principal of any Objection Notice under Clause 10.9 or second Objection Notice under the Clause 10.10 shall be without prejudice to and shall not relieve the Contractor from the obligation to pay any contractual penalty in accordance with the provisions of Clause 13.2 or to pay Damages in accordance with the provisions Clause 13.3 of this Agreement upon the Principals request.
