Common use of Objection to Fair Share Clause in Contracts

Objection to Fair Share. An Employee objecting to fair share payments based on bona fide religious beliefs which prohibit payment of fair share fees may make arrangements to pay an equal amount to a non-religious charitable organization agreed upon between the objecting Employee and the BSEO. The BSEO also will advise all employees of the rebate procedures established by the BSEO, Illinois Education Association (IEA), and National Education Association (NEA).
