(a) Any person in the Settlement Class Member who has not timely submitted a valid request for exclusion from the Settlement Class, and thus is a Settlement Class Member, may appear at the Final Approval Hearing to argue that the proposed Settlement should not be approved and/or to oppose the Fee Application application of Class Counsel, Counsel for an award of attorneys’ fees and the Service Award incentive awards to the Plaintiff.
