OBJECTS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS. 1.01 The objects of this Agreement are to stabilize the construction industry; promote fair and reasonable working conditions and job security for employees in the Industry; promote harmonious employment relationships between Employers and employees; provide a mutually agreed method of resolving disputes and grievances arising out of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; prevent strikes and lock-outs; enable the skills of both Employers and employees to operate to the end that waste and avoidable and unnecessary expense and delays are prevented; promote good public relations.
