Common use of Obligation to Inform Clause in Contracts

Obligation to Inform. Each Party further agrees to inform all such employees, representatives and agents of the terms and provisions of this Agreement relating to Confidential Information and their duties hereunder and to obtain or have obtained their agreement to keep the Confidential Information in confidence under terms and conditions at least as restrictive as those contained herein as a condition of receiving Confidential Information.

Obligation to Inform. Each Party further agrees to inform all such employees, representatives and agents party will ensure that its Personnel: a. are aware of the terms and provisions confidentiality obligations in the Agreement; and b. do not use or disclose any of this Agreement relating to the other party's Confidential Information and their duties hereunder and to obtain or have obtained their agreement to keep except as allowed by the Confidential Information in confidence under terms and conditions at least as restrictive as those contained herein as a condition of receiving Confidential InformationAgreement.
