Obligation to Maintain Black Start Service. With effect from the Commencement Date and until the Expiry Date the Black Start Generator shall maintain the capability to provide Black Start Service at each of its Black Start Generating Units in an amount no less than that stated for such Black Start Generating Units in Schedule 2. Black Start Service shall be provided only from the designated Black Start Generating Units listed in Schedule 2 of the Agreement.
