From the Commencement Date. CLA shall procure the supply of the Content by the Supply Service to the Licensee in accordance with the Annex subject to the terms and conditions set out below and the Supply Service Terms. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Supply Service Terms and the remainder of this Agreement the latter shall take precedence.
From the Commencement Date the Supplier shall notify UKRI in writing of any employer's liability or public liability incident arising out of or in connection with this Contract which:
(a) has the potential to exceed £25,000 (twenty-five thousand pounds sterling) (excluding costs); and/or
(b) irrespective of the claim’s value, which may reasonably be considered to have the potential to adversely affect the reputation of UKRI, within five (5) days of such an incident occurring.
From the Commencement Date the Administering Authority shall permit the Eligible Employees to be or to remain members of the Scheme and to participate as active members of the Fund. From that date the Admission Body shall operate as a scheme employer for the purpose of the Regulations and shall exercise the responsibilities provided for in the Regulations.
From the Commencement Date the Employee may make contributions to the Company’s designated stakeholder pension scheme. Subject to applicable HM Revenue & Customs requirements, twelve months from the Commencement Date, the Company shall contribute to the Company’s group personal pension scheme on a monthly basis at the rate of 6% of basic annual salary. The details of the scheme are set out in the scheme’s explanatory booklet and rules, which will be handed to the Employee prior to joining the scheme. A contracting out certificate is not in force in respect of the Employment.
From the Commencement Date. Chorus will, subject to the terms of this Agreement, supply the Services under any Service Description for any Service which is contained within the list of services on Chorus’ website xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xx.xx/ unless and until supply of the Services is Suspended or terminated under this Agreement or this Agreement comes to an end.
From the Commencement Date. ICE Clear will promptly and in a co-operative and helpful manner comply with its obligations, if any, under Regulations 13 and 14 of the TUPE Regulations.
From the Commencement Date. Shell Logistics shall cease laundering employee uniforms and the laundering of the uniforms shall be the responsibility of the employee. Employees will be responsible for ensuring that they present for work in a clean uniform.
From the Commencement Date and throughout the term of this Lease, Tenant shall maintain or cause to be maintained at its sole cost and expense policies of insurance as follows:
(a) All-risk insurance for the Building as herein defined, in an amount equal to the full replacement cost thereof, including the full replacement cost of Tenant's leasehold improvements (but excluding Tenant's removable fixtures and personal property) but not less than $1,000,000.00. Property insurance must include replacement cost coverage which is defined as new construction "materials" without any deduction for depreciation. If and when Tenant shall make leasehold improvements, the foregoing minimum coverage shall be increased to $2,000,000.00. The amount of both of the foregoing minimum coverages ("base coverages") shall be increased in July 2009 and in July of each subsequent year during the term hereof by an amount equal to the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index, as defined in Article 3, Section 3.01, using the same Base Index and Current Index as set forth in that Section; provided, however, that if in any such year the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index, as calculated according to the Formula set forth in Section 3.01, is less than one percent (1%), no increase in the base coverages shall be required in such year, but if in the next year or in any subsequent year the total of such percentage increases in the Consumer Price Index for such year, and for any prior year in which no increase in coverage was required, equals or exceeds one percent (1%), then notwithstanding the foregoing, the base coverages shall be increased in such year by a percentage equal to the total of such increases.
(b) At Tenant's option, all risk insurance in an amount equal to the full replacement cost of Tenant's removable fixtures and personal property;
(c) Broad form boiler and machinery insurance on a comprehensive basis, inclusive, but not limited to, coverage for pressure vessels, miscellaneous electrical equipment and air conditioning equipment with such limits as from time to time may be reasonably required by the Landlord but not less than $500,000 per occurrence, with endorsement for actual replacement cost without depreciation;
(d) Loss of rents in the amount of $500,000;
(e) Commercial general liability insurance, including contractual liability, against claims for bodily injury, death and property damage occurring in or about or arising out of the use of the premises or any appurtenances t...
From the Commencement Date if the Executive makes contributions to a defined contribution pension scheme nominated by him, the Company will make a matching contribution to the scheme on his behalf up to a maximum of 50% of the first 2% of defined contribution eligible earnings based on the 401(a)(17) statutory U.S. earnings limit, or such other amount as the Board may determine from time to time, payable in monthly instalments in arrears provided that:
11.1.1 the scheme nominated by the Executive will be a qualifying scheme for the purposes of section 16 of the Pensions Xxx 0000;
11.1.2 the sum of the Company’s and the Executive’s contributions will not exceed the annual allowance set by HM Revenue & Customs from time to time; and
11.1.3 the Executive will be solely responsible for any tax payable on any pension contributions to the extent that they exceed any annual or lifetime allowance set by HM Revenue & Customs from time to time.
From the Commencement Date the Parties shall discuss and agree the particular Services to be carried out by the Contractor. What has been agreed by the Parties, the time estimates for the provision of the particular Services, and the Fee(s) shall be set out in the Specification together with information as to the process that will be used when ordering each Service under the Agreement.
