Black Start Service. The requirements of the services set forth in clauses (i) through (v) (inclusive) shall be as stated in ComEd's Open Access Transmission Tariff as filed with FERC, and any other Requirement of Law and any requirements of MAIN, NERC, any ISO and any successors to the functions thereof.

Black Start Service. 4.1 Obligation to Complete Black Start Performance Test. Black Start Generator shall complete Performance Test for the Black Start Generating Units listed in Schedule 2 of this Agreement. The Performance Test will not be deemed complete or successful, unless approved as such by the CAISO and PTO. Any such approval by the CAISO and the PTO shall be in accordance with existing and effective CAISO Tariff provisions, Business Practice Manuals, and Operating Procedures, applicable to the conduct, review, and approval of Performance Tests.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Service Term XOOM agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The term of this Contract will begin when your local utility switches your account to XOOM and will continue on a month-to-month basis as set forth in the accompanying Product Sheet.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.
