Obligation to maintain insurance. (a) In connection with the Activity, the Recipient must have and maintain for the Agreement Period, valid and enforceable appropriate insurance policies relevant to the performance of the Activity including where appropriate, the amount of any professional indemnity insurance specified in Item 12 of Part A (Agreement Details).
