Use of Specified Personnel. 17.1 If Specified Personnel are identified in the Grant Details you must inform us in writing if the Specified Personnel is unavailable or unable to undertake the Activity.
17.2 We must agree to any change in Specified Personnel.
Use of Specified Personnel. The Supplier must:
(a) provide the Services or any part of the Services to which their particular expertise relates, with the active involvement of, and using the expertise of the Specified Personnel; and
(b) ensure that each of the Specified Personnel is aware of and complies with the Supplier's obligations in providing the Services.
Use of Specified Personnel. The Recipient must:
(a) undertake the Project or any part of the Project to which their particular expertise relates, with the active involvement of, and using the expertise of, the Specified Personnel or any persons who are appointed to replace them in accordance with clause 13.3(b); and
(b) ensure that each of the Specified Personnel is aware of and complies with the Recipient’s obligations in undertaking the Project.
Use of Specified Personnel. The Recipient must: undertake the Activity or any part of the Activity to which their particular expertise relates, with the active involvement of, and using the expertise of, the Specified Personnel; and ensure that each of the Specified Personnel is aware of and complies with the Recipient's obligations in undertaking the Activity. Where one or more of the Specified Personnel is or will become unable or unwilling to be involved in the Activity, the Recipient must notify ARENA immediately. The Recipient must: if requested by ARENA, provide a replacement person of suitable ability and qualifications at the earliest opportunity; and obtain ARENA's written consent prior to appointing any such replacement person. XXXXX's consent will not be unreasonably withheld. ARENA may at any time request the Recipient to remove from work in respect of this Agreement any of the Specified Personnel or any of the Recipient's subcontractors or Personnel. The Recipient must promptly arrange for the removal of such subcontractors or Personnel and their replacement in accordance with the process outlined in clause 22.3. Assets

Where one or more of the Specified Personnel is or will become unable or unwilling to be involved in providing the Services, the Contractor must notify the Customer immediately. The Contractor must: if requested by the Customer, provide a replacement person of suitable ability and qualifications at no additional charge and at the earliest opportunity; and obtain the Customer's written consent prior to appointing any such replacement person. The Customer's consent will not be unreasonably withheld. The Customer may at any time request the Contractor to remove from work in respect of this Contract any of the Specified Personnel or the Contractor's subcontractors or Personnel. The Contractor must promptly arrange for the removal of such subcontractors or Personnel and their replacement in accordance with the process outlined in clause 11.2.
Use of Specified Personnel. The Recipient must: undertake the Activities or any part of the Activities, with the active involvement of, and using the relevant expertise of, the Specified Personnel or any persons who are appointed to replace them in accordance with clause 14.3(b); and ensure that each of the Specified Personnel is aware of and complies with the Recipient's obligations in undertaking the Activities. Where one or more of the Specified Personnel is or will become unable or unwilling to be involved in the Activities, the Recipient must: notify the Department in writing immediately of any change to the Specified Personnel; and when replacing Specified Personnel, ensure that any such replacement personnel directly involved in the Activities have the time commitment, qualifications and competency to undertake the Activities to the standard required by the Agreement and have similar or better suited expertise and ability to those of the Specified Personnel they are replacing. The Department may at any time request the Recipient to remove from work in respect of this Agreement any of the Specified Personnel or any of the Recipient’s subcontractors or Personnel. The Recipient must promptly arrange for the removal of such subcontractors or Personnel, and arrange for a replacement in accordance with the requirements under clause 14.3(b). Assets
Use of Specified Personnel.
37.1 If we give you written notice, you must remove any personnel, including Specified Personnel, specified in that notice, and replace such person with other Specified Personnel satisfactory to us.
37.2 If any Specified Personnel is unavailable or unable to undertake the services, you must notify us in writing and you must replace that person with another Specified Personnel agreed by us.
Use of Specified Personnel. The Recipient must:
(a) undertake the Measure or any part of the Measure to which their particular expertise relates, with the active involvement of, and using the expertise of, the Specified Personnel; and
(b) ensure that each of the Specified Personnel is aware of and complies with the Recipient's obligations in undertaking the Measure.
Use of Specified Personnel. The Operator must ensure that its Specified Personnel:
(a) undertake the tasks and development work in respect of the Services; and
(b) are available as specified in item 6 of Schedule 1.
Use of Specified Personnel. Each Party must ensure that its role in the Project is performed by the Specified Personnel in accordance with the Application and this Agreement.
