Obligation to Monitor for Hacks. Licensee shall have an obligation actively to monitor for the obligation occurrence of Security Breaches (including, without limitation, by requiring any Approved UHD Content Protection System used by the Licensee to monitor for the occurrence of Security Breaches and notify Licensee in accordance with section 10.3 of Schedule C), and shall promptly notify Licensor promptly of if any Security Breaches of which it becomes awaresuch occurrences are discovered.
