Common use of Obligation to Protect Clause in Contracts

Distributor agrees to use reasonable efforts to protect Company's proprietary rights and to cooperate at Distributor's expense in Company's efforts to protect its proprietary rights. Distributor agrees to promptly notify Company of any known or suspected breach of Company's proprietary rights that comes to Distributor's attention.
