Obligation to Satisfy Conditions. The Seller shall use all commercially reasonable efforts and take all reasonable action as may be necessary or advisable to satisfy and fulfill all the conditions set forth in this Section 4 as soon as practicable. The Buyer shall co-operate with the Seller in exchanging such information and providing such assistance as may be reasonably required in connection with the foregoing.

Obligation to Satisfy Conditions. The parties must do anything needed on their part to ensure that the conditions referred to in clause 3.1 are fulfilled on or before the Condition Satisfaction Date. No party is under any express or implied obligation to procure fulfilment of any condition referred to in clause 3.1, and is not liable to any other party for any Loss or Claim whatever arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to the non-fulfilment of any condition.
Obligation to Satisfy Conditions. The parties must: (a) use reasonable endeavours (other than waiver) to ensure that the Conditions Precedent are satisfied on or before the First End Date (in respect of the Conditions Precedent under Clause 2.1) and the Second End Date (in respect of the Conditions Precedent under Clause 2.2); and (b) keep each other informed of any circumstances which may result in any of those conditions not being satisfied in accordance with its terms.
