Common use of Obligation Clause in Contracts

Obligation. 1. The Government’s liability to make payments to the Performer is limited to only those funds obligated under the Agreement or by modification to the Agreement. DARPA may obligate funds to the Agreement incrementally. 2. If modification becomes necessary in performance of this Agreement, pursuant to Article III, Paragraph B, the DARPA AO and the Performer Administrator shall execute a revised Schedule of Milestones and Payments consistent with Attachment 3.
