Duty. The Buyer must pay all duty on this contract.

Students and residents learn professionalism by observing and emulating role models who epitomize authentic professional values and attitudes.
Duty. The User is liable for and must pay any duty that is assessed on this Agreement under the Duties Xxx 0000 (WA). If it is dutiable, the User must produce this Agreement to the Office of State Revenue for assessment.
Duty. Notwithstanding the covenants of Stockholders contained in Sections 3 and 4, any Stockholder who is an officer or director of CT, only in his capacity as an officer or director of CT, may take any such action that is in furtherance of the exercise of his duties as an officer or director under Maryland law, and no such action in furtherance of the exercise of such duties shall be deemed to be a breach or violation of the covenants of such Stockholder contained in Sections 3 and 4 and the Stockholders shall not have any liability hereunder for any such action taken in his capacity as an officer and director of CT in furtherance of the exercise of such duties.
Duty. Consistent with the provisions of this Article 22, the members of the Arbitration Panel shall utilize their utmost skill and shall apply themselves diligently so as to hear and decide, by majority vote, the outcome and resolution of any dispute or disagreement submitted to the Arbitration Panel as promptly as possible, but in any event (unless otherwise agreed) on or before the expiration of thirty (30) days after the appointment of all the members of the Arbitration Panel. None of the members of the Arbitration Panel shall have any liability whatsoever for any acts or omissions performed or omitted in good faith pursuant to the provisions of this Article 22.
Duty. (a) The Access Holder is, as between the Parties, liable for and must duly pay all stamp duty (including any fine or penalty) on or relating to this Agreement and any document executed under or in connection with it.
(b) If Aurizon Network pays any stamp duty (including any fine or penalty) on or relating to this Agreement, or any document executed under or in connection with it, the Access Holder must, within 10 Business Days after receiving such demand, reimburse Aurizon Network the amount paid.
Duty. Duty means all hours spent by the Operator in the employ of the Employer excluding Platform Time.

The Trustee shall not be liable for any loss, or expense, which arises from the directions of the Sponsor with respect to the acquisition and holding of Zions Common Stock or Zions Preferred Stock unless it is clear on their face that the actions to be taken under those directions would be prohibited by any applicable law or would be contrary to the terms of this Agreement
