Obligations after termination or expiration. (a) The Recipient must, upon termination or expiry of this agreement, provide all assistance requested by the Department to facilitate the smooth transition of any relevant information, knowledge, systems or Assets from the Recipient to the Department or to a third party, including (if requested by the Department) development of and compliance with a transitional plan.
