Obligations and Liabilities of the Company. Excepted as otherwise provided in the Act, the debts, obligations, and liabilities of the Company, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise, shall be solely the debts, obligations and liabilities of the Company, and the Members shall not be obligated personally for any such debt, obligations, or lability of the Company solely by reason of being a Member.
