Obligations Concerning Intended Publication. When the Research Institute intends to make Publication of any Research Results, the Research Institute shall: (i) provide prompt, advance, and written notice of such intention to JST; and (ii) provide JST with an advance copy of any planned Publication within not less than thirty (30) days prior to submission of such Publication.
