OBLIGATIONS OF ANERT. ANERT shall have the following obligations under this Agreement:- a. Provision of E-Car: ANERT shall provide E-Cars (as supplied by EESL) within two months from date of receipt of three months deposit Amount from the CLIENT. The variant/model of the vehicle so provided shall be as per availability with ANERT.
