Common use of Obligations of Company on Termination Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Company on Termination. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Company's obligations on termination of the Executive's employment shall be as described in this Section 11. (a) OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY IN THE CASE OF TERMINATION WITHOUT GOOD CAUSE OR RESIGNATION BY THE EXECUTIVE FOR GOOD REASON. In the event that prior to the expiration of the Term, the Company terminates the Executive's employment, pursuant to Section 10(d), without Good Cause, or the Executive resigns, pursuant to Section 10(e), for Good Reason, the Company shall provide the Executive with the following:
