Obligations of HESA Services Limited. 3.1. In consideration of the Lead Contact agreeing to abide by the terms of this Agreement and of the consideration specified in the Organisational Agreement, and subject to the restrictions and conditions in the Organisational Agreement and this Agreement, HESA Services will provide access to Xxxxx Plus to enable the Lead Contact to access Xxxxx Plus Data including Rounded Data and Unrounded Data.
