Common use of Obligations of the City Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the City. A. The City shall pay Consultant an amount not to exceed $197,325 for all work necessary to complete the Services, as described in the Scope of Services and Rates Schedule. Payments shall be due within thirty (30) days following submittal of an invoice detailing the services performed, at the rates set forth in Exhibit A. B. No payment made hereunder by the City to Consultant, other than the final payment, shall be construed as an acceptance by the City of any work or materials, nor as evidence of satisfactory performance by Consultant of its obligations under this Agreement.

No payment made hereunder by the City to Consultant, other than the final payment, shall be construed as an acceptance by the City of any work or materials, nor or as evidence of satisfactory performance by Consultant of its obligations under this Agreement.
