Consultant’s Proposal. The Scope of Service shall include the Consultant’s scope of work or bid which shall be incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth herein. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of such proposal and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.

Consultant’s Proposal. Consultant has prepared and supplied County with a proposed scope of work dated [INSERT DATE], which is attached to this Appendix as its Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by this reference (“Proposal”). Consultant’s Proposal represents Consultant’s initial proposed scope of services. This Agreement (and its appendices) the Proposal are deemed complimentary; what is called for by one is as binding as if called for in both, and shall be performed by Consultant. In the case of direct conflict between this Agreement and the Proposal, then the following rules apply: 3.1 Regarding any conflict (direct or indirect) between the Proposal and either the Agreement Form, Appendix B Compensation Form, or Appendix C Insurance, the terms of the Agreement Form, Appendix B Compensation and Appendix C Insurance shall have precedence. 3.2 Regarding any conflict (direct or indirect) between the Proposal and this Appendix A, the more stringent requirements providing the County with the broader scope of services shall have precedence, such that the scope of work described in this Appendix “A” and the scope of work described in the Proposal shall both be performed to the greatest extent feasible.
