Common use of OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY IN THE CASE OF TERMINATION WITHOUT GOOD CAUSE Clause in Contracts

OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY IN THE CASE OF TERMINATION WITHOUT GOOD CAUSE. Upon termination of Executive's employment by the Company without Good Cause, the Company shall pay to the Executive: (i) for the six (6) month period following the Termination Date (the "Severance Period"), the Base Salary; and (ii) any accrued and unpaid Base Salary through the Termination Date; (iii) the reimbursement of any unreimbursed expenses owed to the Executive through the Termination Date; and (iv) within the time period specified in Section 4, any Cash Bonus payable for Executive Objectives attained pursuant to Section 4(b) prior to the Termination Date.

Upon termination of Executive's ’s employment by the Company without Good Cause, the Company shall pay to the Executive: (i) for the six twelve (612) month period following the Termination Date (the "“Severance Period"”), the Base Salary; and (ii) any accrued and unpaid Base Salary through the Termination Date; (iii) the reimbursement of any unreimbursed expenses owed to the Executive through the Termination Date; and (iv) within the time period specified in Section 4, any Cash Bonus payable for Executive Objectives attained pursuant to Section 4(b) prior to the Termination Date.
