Obligations of the Participant. (a) The Participant shall furnish to the Company such information regarding the Participant, the ownership of Registrable Securities by the Participant and the proposed distribution by the Participant of such Registrable Securities as the Company may from time to time reasonably request. (b) Upon receipt of any notice of the Company of the happening of any event of the kind described in Section 3.3, the Participant shall forthwith discontinue disposition of Registrable Securities pursuant to the affected Registration Statement until the Participant’s receipt of the copies of the supplemented or amended prospectus.
