OBLIGATIONS ON CLOSING – THE VENDOR. 9.1 The Vendor shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser on or before the Closing Date, the following:
(a) Transfer or Deed - such transfer or deed in registerable form as may be required to transfer to the Purchaser all of the Vendors’ right, title and interest in the Sale Property;
OBLIGATIONS ON CLOSING – THE VENDOR. 8.1 The Vendor shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser on or before the Closing Date, the following:
(a) Subdivision Plan - such Subdivision Plan, as prepared and provided by the Purchaser, in registerable form as may be required to transfer to the Purchaser all of the Vendors’ right, title and interest in the Property;
OBLIGATIONS ON CLOSING – THE VENDOR. 8.1 The Vendor shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser on or before the Closing Date, the following:
(a) Land Titles Transfer - in registerable form as may be required to transfer to the Purchaser all of the Vendors’ right, title and interest in the Property;
