Obligations rank pari passu. The Obligations rank at least pari passu in right of payment and in all other respects with all other unsecured unsubordinated Indebtedness of the Borrower.
Obligations rank pari passu. The Obligations rank at least PARI PASSU in right of payment and in all other respects with all other unsecured unsubordinated Indebtedness of the Borrower.
Obligations rank pari passu. The Obligations rank at least pari passu in right of payment and (except as otherwise permitted under this Agreement) in all other respects with all other secured unsubordinated Indebtedness of the Company other than Indebtedness preferred as a matter of law.
Obligations rank pari passu. (a) The obligations of the Issuer under this Agreement rank, and the Notes when executed will rank, at least pari passu in right of payment with all other unsecured senior Indebtedness (actual or contingent) of the Issuer, including, without limitation, all unsecured senior Indebtedness of the Issuer described on Schedule 6.15. Obligations rank pari passu. Except as otherwise required by law, the obligations of the Parent Issuer under this Agreement rank pari passu in right of payment with all other senior unsecured Indebtedness (actual or contingent) of the Parent Issuer, including, without -15- limitation, all senior unsecured Indebtedness of the Parent Issuer described in Schedule 5.15 hereto. Except as otherwise required by law, the obligations of the Company under this Agreement and the Notes rank pari passu in right of payment with all other senior unsecured Indebtedness (actual or contingent) of the Company, including, without limitation, all senior unsecured Indebtedness of the Company described in Schedule 5.15 hereto.
Obligations rank pari passu. The Obligations rank at least pari passu in right of payment with all other Senior Debt (actual or contingent) of the Borrower.
Obligations rank pari passu. The Obligations rank at least pari passu in right of payment with all obligations of the Loan Parties under the Senior Note Purchase Agreement (and the Senior Notes) and all obligations of the Loan Parties under the Franchise Facility. CHAR1\1040690v15

The obligations of the Company under this Agreement and the Notes rank at least pari passu in right of payment with all other senior unsecured Debt (actual or contingent) of the Company, including, without limitation, all senior unsecured Debt of the Company described in SCHEDULE 5.1.15 hereto, except as contemplated in SECTION 9.1.10.
