Obligations relating to Reserved Services. 5.4.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Contract, the Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority shall extend support in procuring the performance of the Reserved Services to be provided through the Designated GOI Agency, and shall at all times enable movement of cargo and barges at the Terminal or the barge in accordance with the Applicable Laws, the Applicable Permits and Good Industry Practice.
