Obligor Defaults and Bankruptcy Events. The Borrower shall give, or shall cause the Servicer to give, notice to the Administrative Agent within five Business Days of the Borrower’s, the Transferor’s or the Servicer’s actual knowledge of the occurrence of any default by an Obligor under any Loan Asset, including any payment default or Bankruptcy Event with respect to any Obligor under any Loan Asset.
